Nestled in the beautiful Ozark Mountains, our villa is surrounded by lush green terrain and spectacular views. It is the perfect retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. With spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of natural light, our villa offers guests a truly unique vacation experience.
Our villa is only a short drive away from all the action of Branson. Guests can enjoy exciting attractions such as the Branson Landing, White Water, and the Titanic Museum. With plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, you're sure to find something to do during your stay.
The on-site Branson Hills Golf Resort is a great place to work on your golf game. The 18-hole course features challenging layouts and stunning views of the Ozark Mountains. Our villa is conveniently located close to the clubhouse, pro shop, and driving range.

Branson Getaway
This was our third time staying at one of the Villas on Muligan Court. It is our home away from home. In a great location, easy to reach all Branson activities without being on the Strip. It is a quiet location and we feel safe there. God willing, we plan to rent a Villa in the same location on our next trip.

Charming Golf Villa in Good Location
Very nice 2 bdrm, 2 bath golf villa in great location. Enjoyed our stay. Well maintained & supplied with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Would highly reccomend this property. Very Homey & cute.

We were in Branson for Christmas Lights
Everything was provided for us. Christmas Tree was lit and when we entered it was warm and inviting feel. We liked how the rental was situated and it was quiet and away from busy areas but close enough to be on strip and Landing

Perfect little Christmas stay.
What a spacious, perfect little Christmas stay!! It had everything you need and plenty of space for games, puzzles and lounging. It was nicely decorated and very clean. Check in and out was super easy. We will staying here again!!! Thanks!!

Nice and quiet

CONVENIENT LOCATION, CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE!!!
This is the perfect home for a relaxing get away! Clean, neat and supplied with everything you need for the family. Location is wonderful. Close to gas, stores, grocery store and many food choices nearby. The location is also perfect when it comes to not wanting to fight traffic or be on the busy 76 strip! I highly recommend and we will be back on our next Brason visit!

Beautiful cottage
Beautifully appointed, newer cottage next to Branson Hills Country Club. Spacious enough for 2 couples or small family. Nice covered patio and very quiet surroundings. Would definitely stay here again. Management is also very accommodating.

Perfect Getaway!
Birdie’s Paradise is a lovely property and we had a great time visiting the Branson area. Property was spotlessly clean with gorgeous decor. Everything we needed was on site and we were even able to grill our own steaks using the provided grill on the deck. We will definitely be back!

Escape From The Routine
The villa was exactly as described: clean, guilt, good location and comfortable. We had a problem with the door lock at one point. A call to the rental office and a person was sent to quickly resolve the issue. Excellent response,

Beautiful Condon
This was a beautiful condo close to the golf course. It was so quiet yet close to everything. Lovely back porch with a grill. We really enjoyed Branson.The only negative was the second bath had no shower.

nice; clean; good location. Bed Mattresses are worn out or to soft. Prices go up every year-getting to high!
We are so happy you liked the location of the villa! We do try to check and change mattresses at the end of each season. This has been a busy one!
Nice place
Well furnished and clean. Nice updated house. Loved the back porch for a covered outdoor space. It is a 2 BR 2 bath home but be aware that you share the shower in the master suite with the 2nd bedroom. For us this worked fine and we would rent again. Conveniently located on Branson Hills Pkwy just off 65.

Peace and quiet
Nice quiet neighborhood. House had all the kitchen items you needed. Perfect location. Called sunset rentals while on trio and they were very nice and helpful. Housekeeping could have been better but it didn't impact the overall stay. Would stay there again
