Welcome to the Sunset Penthouse! This newly renovated penthouse suite is located in the heart of the Holiday Hills neighborhood in Branson, MO. Enjoy all that Branson has to offer, while taking in the sunset views from the large balcony.
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom rental is perfect for a family or group getaway. You'll have plenty of room to spread out in the spacious living area, featuring a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and comfortable seating. A week in Branson

Very nice place to stay.
Very nice property. Only have two complaints: kitchen and living room floor needed to be mopped. Appeared clean but feet were black after walking on it. Also the bathtub/shower drain in master needed to be "snaked". Very slow to drain. Both which were reported to the management at end of our stay.

Branson Has Much to Offer - Condo Was Great!
The condo was a great fit for our family. We were in Branson for a week, so it was much nicer than staying in a hotel. Kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed. We felt very much at home and would absolutely recommend and/or stay here again. Branson as a destination was very fun for our family!The outdoor pool is a bit smaller than we had imagined - but we really didn't have much time to spend there anyway so not a big deal. We also had issues with the gate code, but the "exit" gate was always open. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a gate at all.

Sunset Penthouse
The 2 bedroom condo was nice. The beds were big and comfortable, the outside amenities were perfect for children. Would suggest having coffee available for brewing since there were 2 coffee pots and filters. Also the paper products could use an upgrade. We would stay again and recommend it to others.

Beautiful and comfortable, newly remodeled condo in Branson, MO
Everything about this condo was wonderful! Two king beds...two bathrooms (large square jacuzzi in huge master bath)...walk-in closet...fully equipped kitchen...living room with lots of seating options (including a power recliner!)...absolutely lovely decor. We had a great stay and would highly recommend the whole experience, including the reservation process with Sunset Rentals.

Weekend getaway
Sunset penthouse was beautiful and super clean. It’s in a great location. We loved that it was just about 5 minutes or less from Branson Landing, which is where we spend most of our time. If you’re looking to get away from all the traffic in Branson, this is the perfect place. We will stay here again.

Holiday Hills condo
The property was easily found, accessed and away from most of the hustle and bustle. We really enjoyed the space and access to the pool after a hot day of golfing and winding down at the end of day. Very peaceful location. We will certainly return again and recommend to others.

Great in June!!
For the most part it was a great place to stay. It was close to the landing where they needed to be most of the time. They were not allowed to use the indoor pool, they were told that their access pool was on the golf course. Kinda of disappointing since my daughter wasn't suppose to be in the sun.

Great cozy condo for your getaway!
This condo has everything you need for a little getaway! It comfortably slept 5 guests and had every amenity you could need. The condo is a quick drive over to the Branson strip and lots of attractions. The condo was very clean and I appreciated the soap samples left for running the dishwasher and washing machine. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

Nice just a little bit away from ‘strip’ but that’s ok. A more calm area close to downtown. Cute little grocery just around the bend. If you bake anything go ahead n open window because smoke alarm is touchy lol. Nice balcony lots of cardinals and finches to watch. Overall very relaxing.

Wonderful condo
We visit Branson annually at Thanksgiving and always stay in a condo. We rate this unit number one! It was spotless and welcoming. We were delighted we we opened the front door and were greeted with a decorated Christmas tree! A nice touch is that things are labeled, it goes a long way to hunting for something. My only suggestion is to put a flashlight and batteries in a draw. There was a pretty intense storm while we were there and a flashlight would have been handy.

Great all except one thing
The unit was clean and beautiful. We were happy with it. Getting through the gate was horrible. The code didn't work and we were unable to call anyone. We weren't the only ones. People were lined up trying to enter. You need to upgrade the entrance.
Great Place to Stay
My Family and I really loved this home. It was clean and tidy. This was located in a good place for us. It was about 7 minutes from Branson Landing which was great! I left a written review in the book that was located inside the home. That says a lot because I don't like writing!! I would recommend this home to anyone.
Spring Break Getaway.
The condo was clean, the rooms very spacious. The first night there was no hot water, I called the next morning and someone had tripped the breaker so that was an easy fix. We lived the pool, we also had a good time in the activity center. I would recommend to family and friends.
Thanksgiving get away
This is our 3rd time of staying at the Holiday Hills so that tells you that we enjoy these condo's. The only suggestion that I would make is more bath cloths. If things go well we will probably book this area again next year.
First time Branson Visitors
Really loved the Condo. Was in a great convenient location. Easy access in and out. Quite and relaxing. Only negative needed more towels, wash cloths and a box of tissue in restrooms.
A slice of Heaven
Love staying here. It's tastefully decorated and very comfortable. But best of all, everything is labeled. You immediately know what each light switch controls and where items are located in the cabinets. Also, the location is ideal because you are not in the hustle and bustle of all the shows. Having Sunfest Market across from the complex is a bonus.

Dreamland
Sunset Penthouse is just as depicted in the photographs: Elegant and still comfortable. It is stocked with everything you could possible need, including salt and pepper. The location is nice and quiet while still being close to pools/game room/golf/etc. We loved it so much we have already booked it for another extended stay!

Wonderful place to stay!
We loved this condo! Quiet, spotlessly clean, beautiful views, and very well-appointed. We stayed here with our three kids, and it was wonderful to be able to spread out and have some space instead of being crammed into a hotel. The only issue we had was that the water pressure in the master bath seemed low; the tub took forever to fill, but that huge Jacuzzi was definitely worth the wait. Thanks for a great stay! We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Branson!
Branson Getaway
The condo was in good condition and had everything in the kitchen that you could dream of. That made it great to cook at home and save some money. We had a great stay.
Family Reunion
Good visit and worked well with multiple unit rentals for a family reunion. We found the unit very functional and flexible. The kitchen was well stocked with all appropriate dishes and cooking utensils. Only downside is thinness of unit walls and noise that carries through the walls from adjacent units.
Branson is our home away from home
This was our 3rd year with a condo rental at Holiday Hills and the 2nd in Sunset Penthouse. We love both the property itself and the property managers who are just excellent to work with and this year they added a huge indoor pool that was never busy this time of year. (March) our 30 days in Branson are something we look forward to each year. Holiday Hills is about 4 miles from old Branson and just the right distance to all the shows and restaurants. Everything is nice and clean and as advertised. Use Sunser Realty as property manager and they will take care of everything.

Great family getaway
We were first time Branson visitors and will definately be back. As far as the condo accommodations, the layout enabled our kids to have their own space which made everyone's stay more enjoyable. Any items we needed were found with great ease within the condo due to helpful labeling. The condo was also very clean and quiet- which was wonderful compared to the running feet & noise in the hallways that you typically hear while staying in a hotel. A great home away from home.

Branson 2015 30 day visit
We had a wonderful 30 days in Holiday Hills near Branson. The condo was excellent and Holiday Hills is just the right distance from Branson to be handy and away from the bustle and traffic. Always plenty to do in Branson when the weather doesn't cooperate and we found more shows available than last year. Everything with the Condo was just as Sunset Rental said it would be and we are impressed and hope to come again next year.
Branson Family Getaway
Our stay @ Sunset with Holiday Hills was awesome!! the condo was extremely clean, roomy, and a great price! Our family will do this again! I have done this stay before in Nov. for Veterans Day with my Dad & his Army Buddies and loved your condos but have not ever done this in the summer as a family vacation. It worked well for us this summer and we enjoyed it !!!

Great Stay
Condo was exactly as described on the internet.Very Clean, my only request would be to include a one time use package of coffee for us folks addicted to coffee. Other than that everything was fabulous.

But so many guests have switched to decaf or have replaced sugar with a variety of sugar substitutes, we thought that letting guests know that we'll provide the filters and you provide the beverage of your choice along with the condiments to go into it would be a more feasible way to serve all our guests. We hope that you'll come back and stay with us soon though!

Our stay
Was a nice condo. Love holiday hills. Our only problem is that we could never get the gate code to work. Never! It was very aggravating. And yes.. We know how to use gate codes .. We called the realty office and wasn't much they could do, so we either jumped the curb or went in the gate after someone else opened it.
