The property boasts 10 luxurious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Seven bedrooms are equipped with a king-sized bed, two bedrooms have 2 queen beds and there is also two bunk rooms for kids. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances and amenities for cooking a delicious meal.
The property also features 2 outdoor decks, complete with a BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and a hot tub. The perfect place to relax and take in the stunning views.

Branson getaway
The home was perfect for our group. Spacious with many places to congregate and visit. We had 30 people in the house, but it never felt crowded or cramped. Everything was clean and very inviting. Highly recommend!

Wonderful family vacation home
We stayed here with 25 people, there was so much space, fun game room in the basement, right near both pools. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Great house. We'll definitely look to stay here again

Best Family Vacation EVER!
This house was incredible! So much room for the whole family. Kids could be in the lower level playing games or playing hide and seek. The adults had so much room on the main level and the balcony. What an incredible place to gather, relax, and make some awesome memories. The only downfall was there were no air hockey pucks for the air hockey table. Other than that, it was such a memorable family vacation and the house had more than anyone could ever want. Would definitely go back!

Best House to stay in while in Branson, Mo.
We had a family reunion with 29 people , this house provided everything we needed. Best time ever.
The girls and I had a great time. The house is beautiful and the location is great. We will definitely be heading back next year. The three levels gave us plenty of room to spread out but when we wanted to be together we could do that too. The girls loved gathering around the bar and talking. The patios are great and there is plenty of seating.

Sunset Nightly Rentals is a great agency, working flawlessly with the owners to save our vacation in Branson and get our family of 25 people into their home within 12 hours. I can't thank them enough. The check in and out process is extremely easy. Sunset Nightly Rentals and the owners are both very responsive to any questions. The app with all necessary info about the house is available at your fingertips. The House is amazingly spacious and lovingly decorated. We love the view coming in to the subdivision and by the porches. We love our experience and highly recommend this house.

Perfect for large groups!
This house is AMAZING! We had a large group of family and friends for a destination wedding and the house was so large we never felt crowded! And every room had its own bathroom and shower which is awesome. The kitchen is perfect for cooking for large groups, plenty of seating, 2 dish washers, pots, pans and utensils. It's fully stocked! The 3 decks and hot tub make for perfect nights relaxing outside. The kids loved the bunk rooms and the pools. This house is gorgeous and clean! And its just down the street from the boat launch, so the location is perfect. We will be back!
